2012 Exhibition Packages
For IWP International Conference 2012, the event will be held at the St Paul’s Mercure Hotel.
City Suite A, and the City Suites foyer, lower level, will house the exhibition stands, formal poster sessions, tea and coffee stations, lunch station 2 and the main keynotes on Wednesday 27th June and Thursday 28th June. The location of the exhibition stands will ensure a good flow of traffic for the duration of the conference.
Exhibition space will cost £420.
Your exhibition space will include:
• One 6ft long covered table
• Area for shelving and display stands
• Your company logo on the exhibitor area of the conference web site
• Acknowledgement in the conference programme.
Your stand pass will include:
• Access to IWP Conference 2012
• Refreshments and lunch
